Intradiscal approaches for Degenerative Disc Disease of the Lumbar Spine This is a gentleman who obtained complete relief from an intradiscal dose of Celestone and marcaine. We will have to see how long it lasts. Its been a good while already. My hope is at least a yearend much longer if possible. It confirms the discs as the source of pain in his low back.
